[Caution] Regarding the issue of files disappearing from the desktop version of Google Drive (November 30, 2023)

Regarding the above, Google has notified us about an issue where files disappear from the desktop version of Google Drive.
Google is currently investigating the issue, but please note that until the investigation is complete, it states that you should "not perform the following operations."?

[How to respond until the investigation is completed]
- Do not click Disconnect Account within the PC version of Drive.
- Do not delete or move the app data folder.
Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\DriveFS
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Google/DriveFS
- Optional: If you have the space on your hard drive, we recommend making a copy of your app data folder.
