Renewing your expiring student ID card

Students whose student ID cards expire on March 31, 2024 should renew their student ID cards at Academic Affairs Division, Student Registrar's Office, following the procedure below.

Application period: Starting Wednesday, February 21, 2024
Application location: Academic Affairs Division Division, Student Registrar Section (Office hours: Weekdays 9:00-17:00, Saturdays 9:00-12:30)
How to apply: Fill out the necessary information on the Student ID Renewal Application Form and submit it to the Registrar's Section of Academic Affairs Division.

*Student ID card issuing period:
- For applicants by Saturday, March 30, 2024...Vouchers will be issued from Monday, April 1, 2024.
- For applicants after Monday, April 1, 2024: Certificates will be issued from Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

?Please note that applications for and issuance of student ID cards cannot be handled by mail.
?The renewed student ID will be a replacement for your old student ID. If you do not have your old student ID, you will be required to pay a reissue fee of 1,000 yen in accordance with the reissue procedure.
